What aren’t you seeing in your business?

We all have blind spots. The blinds spot I am talking about are in the areas of your business that you do not see yourself or your situation realistically. This unawareness often causes damage to you and your business. Some of the results are:

  • Stagnation,
  • Feeling better rather than being better,
  • Treating the symptoms rather than the sickness,
  • Reacting not thinking,
  • Muscling through the day
  • Begging for business rather than earning it
  • Accidental success
  • Selling your product before knowing your customer
  • Trying to sell before knowing why people buy
  • Inattention to results
  • Blaming others

“The first person we must examine is OURSELVES.” — John Maxwell, Winning With People

Take an honest inventory of yourself — you may want to enlist the help of someone who will be truthful with you in answering these questions:

Owner

Salesperson

Administration Role

Management

Other

Employee

Self-Employed

Implementing systems and processes

Productivity

Workflow

Branding

Strategy

Leadership

Marketing accountability

Better metrics and reports

Automate marketing process

Deepen customer relationships

Marketing effectiveness

Generate more and better qualified leads

Know your strengths

Stagnation

I rely on the "I can do it propaganda" to maintain my motivation

I am posing I really am not who I say I am

I am treating the symptoms and not the sickness

I am trying to do it all myself with no connected strategy

I am selling before knowing my customer

I am seeking business before earning trust

I am focusing on instant gratification

I blame others

I would want to meet with AscendWorks and find out what the solution is to help me grow my business

I would do nothing

I would only try harder
